- Fiscal Sponsor — SparkLabs operates under the fiscal sponsorship of the Majestic Theater Association (MTA). Donor information related to tax-deductible contributions made through MTA may be shared with MTA for legal and accounting purposes.
- Legal Compliance — We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of SparkLabs, its members, or the public.
